"Pretty smooth checkout..."
Checking out on Melijoe was easy... my payment went through quickly and I didn’t run into any problems there. It did take me a minute to find the shipping info, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’d use the site again.

"Decent value, but not a steal"
The prices were fair compared to a few other sites I looked at, though I wouldn’t say they were the cheapest or an amazing deal. For the brands and quality, it still felt mostly worth it, but I’d probably only buy again if the size I need is actually available and the price is a little better.

I just received the box today, so it’s still fresh in my mind. Overall, the packaging looked neat and clean. There was one tiny dent on the box, but nothing that seemed like a big deal.

"Found a code that actually worked"
I was ordering some kids clothes the other night while half-watching TV and found a discount code quickly. I expected it not to work, but it went through at checkout with no fuss. Took a little bit off the total, which was nice because kids somehow need new clothes every five minutes. Happy with it overall

I ordered a kids jacket and a pair of shoes, and I was in a good mood when they arrived because both felt really well made right away. The sizing was spot on too, which is always a relief. Definitely doesn’t feel like cheap stuff — even after the first wash, the jacket still looked and felt great.

"Return was easy, refund took a little while"
I had to send back a pair of kids’ shoes because the sizing was off, but the return process was straightforward. I filled out the form, got the return label by email, and the receipt/details were easy enough to keep track of.
The only downside was the refund took a little longer than I expected, about a week after they received the shoes. Not a huge deal in the end, and everything did get sorted, so I’d still give it 4 stars...

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect from melijoe at first, but I ended up liking it. They have a really nice mix of kids’ brands all in one place, and I found a few pieces I don’t usually come across in local shops. The site was easy enough to browse too, so I think I’d probably order again

"My refund came through faster than I expected"
I had to send something back to melijoe, i was a little nervous about how long the refund would take because I’ve had annoying return experiences before. But this one was surprisingly easy. They confirmed they’d received the return, and the money was back in my account just a few days later. I didn’t have to chase anyone or send a bunch of emails, which I really appreciated. For me, it made the whole return feel way less stressful.
